I was admittedly incredibly nervous as a young person buying a car from a dealership for the first time, especially after interacting with some less-than-perfectly-honest salespeople at other dealerships. This was not the case at all for EuroBahn; they were transparent, honest, and accommodating every step of the way. Jared was so welcoming and patient with all of my questions and concerns-- just a genuinely awesome guy. Daca (I apologize if I have the spelling of her name wrong) was so kind and explained the entire process. I truly could not have asked for more from the sales team. The manager, Ray, was incredibly genuine and he, Daca, and Jared all stayed late to make sure I drove my new car (!!!) home that night. They clearly care about their clientele and I felt better buying an electric car from a place that is knowledgeable about working on them and takes pride in the quality of their service.
