Best experience I’ve had getting my BMW X5 (5.0) car repaired and at no time did I feel like they were trying to inflate costs unnecessarily. I felt like it was the quality service that I had experienced years ago where they take your car back, diagnose the problem and then come communicate the problem in an intelligible manner. The service rep then quoted me on the costs of the repairs and worked with me to complete the repairs same day. They gave me the option of waiting or asking if I would like transportation somewhere while the repairs were being done. They picked me up once repairs were complete and took me home. Everything was smooth, stress free and service was “reasonably” priced. I would have paid twice the amount at the dealership. The engine light was coming on and I was getting a drive train malfunction message. After placing the car on the computer for diagnosis, the mechanic examined the vehicle the old fashioned way to isolate the problem. Greatest experience ever! I highly recommend their services.

I was here in 2017 with my Mercedes CL600 before I started my journey to Las Vegas and Los Angeles. They helped me a lot, Mercedes wanted $4,500 for a quick repair, Eurobahn repaired the problem within two days for a few hundred dollars, so I was very satisfied. Great service, great, helpful and the guys had a very good experience, thank you.

I have been consistently impressed with the service at Eurobahn. I have a Volvo XC90 that I started taking to Eurobahn after it was out of warranty. Lew and the entire service team has not only been professional but also educational, taking the time to explain services, what is actually needed and what isn’t, etc. This makes me trust that they are hitting me straight and I value that. Because of my good experience, my husband has also started taking his Porsche Cayenne to Eurobahn and has received the same level of professionalism. I appreciate that they also offer shuttle service, as I have a demanding work schedule. The shuttle has always been very prompt, clean, and very pleasant drivers. So thankful to have found Eurobahn!

I have a 2006 Jaguar. Flow does not work on anything older than 2013. The reps at Flow recommended Eurobahn. I have had work done by shops in Kernersville and Winston-Salem. Eurobahn has the equipment and expertise to work on my car. My service rep Felix is excellent. He listened carefully and understood my issues. The service guys found an issue immediately and fixed it. They also identified other items that needed to be worked on. We prioritized those things that needed to be done asap and others that can be delayed. As a retiree on fixed income this is important. Even though I come over from Winston-Salem, taking my car to Eurobahn is worth it.
