They quickly diagnosed and confirmed a major issue as a second opinion and were able to get started on repairs right away. Parts took a while to come in (that's expected for the high-end models), but they got it done in good time. Clear, thorough estimates and plain-English explanations of what was needed, and good communication throughout. (Shout out to Felix for his patience with all my questions!)

If you own a Mini Cooper you understand that when they get older they need a little love. The service department done a complete diagnostic and got my 2007 Mini back running properly within days of my visit. Very affordable and they cleaned her inside and out. I'm back in love.
